Boost Your Team Spirit
through epic online escape rooms
We provide team building for distributed teams to foster employee engagement,
improve communication and boost team spirit.
How our online escape rooms work
In a traditional escape room, your team is locked in a physical room and the goal is to get out in a limited time, by solving clues and puzzles together. You might wonder: how can you do this online? Is it even possible? It turns out that it is possible and actually better for teams!
We came up with a great way to boost team spirit, by getting teams into an immersive story situation. They solve challenges and puzzles together, but from their own laptops! In order to achieve their mission, they need to communicate efficiently – this can’t be done alone.
Benefits for your company
Bring your remote teams closer together through an exciting team building journey. They will improve their online communication skills and boost their team spirit by solving challenges together and debriefing their experience.
Designed for remote teams
Our escape rooms consist of a set of innovative and fun challenges that have been designed by our professional adult educators to trigger a set of emotions, situations, and learning opportunities throughout the experience.
Reflect on the experience together
Right after the escape room, your teams go into a facilitated debriefing to share their experience and reflect on what they did as individuals and as a group. They will understand each other better and learn how to improve their communication.
We adjust to your needs
Our team building experience will adapt to your team size and available time, keeping the experience similar for each team, no matter if you are a team of 3 or a company of 3000.
